Initial meeting.We show you the examples live and clarify goals, content and target group. 30 minutes, free of charge and without obligation.
Pilot plan.Scope, languages, design and schedule on one page, with a binding fixed price. No months-long specification.
Implementation.We set up the tool with your content and in your corporate design. You test early on a preview; one round of revisions is included.

Good to know

Where is our data stored?

The application, your documents and the search index are stored on a server in Switzerland. For search and answers we use language models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and ElevenLabs for voice mode, all based in the USA. According to their terms, OpenAI and Anthropic do not use data sent via their APIs for training. We store the questions asked without personal data.

Which languages does the assistant support?

All common languages. The assistant answers in the language of the page, even if a publication is written in another language. tourism-research.net runs in eight languages, including Arabic and Chinese.

What about copyright in our publications?

All rights remain with you. The assistant quotes short passages with source references and refers to the original. Together we decide whether the full PDFs are linked publicly.

Does the assistant make up answers?

It only answers from passages in your publications. A second check removes sentences without a source reference that the passages do not support. If it finds nothing suitable, it says so instead of guessing.

Which documents are suitable?

Studies, reports, articles and presentations as PDF or PowerPoint. Up to 300 publications are included in the set-up.

Can we add publications ourselves later?

Yes. You upload new files in a protected area. Title, summary and thumbnail are created automatically, and the publication is immediately available in the assistant.
